SUMMIT COUNTY, Ohio — The County of Summit Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services (ADM) Board, along with its Board of Directors, ADM Support Committee and community partners, extends sincere appreciation to the residents of Summit County for supporting Issue 1 in Tuesday’s election.
The levy’s passage reaffirms the community’s commitment to promoting mental health, wellness and recovery for individuals and families across Summit County. Continued funding will ensure vital prevention, treatment and recovery services remain accessible to those who need them most.
“We are deeply grateful to the voters of Summit County for their trust and partnership,” said Aimee Wade, executive director of the ADM Board. “This investment allows us to sustain and strengthen essential programs that save lives, support recovery and build a healthier community for everyone. The Board of Directors and staff also extended appreciation to the many community partners, volunteers and advocates who helped educate residents about the importance of the levy and the impact of locally funded behavioral health services.
“This outcome reflects a community that truly cares,” said Chrissy Myers, board chair. “Together, we are ensuring that help and hope remain within reach for every person who needs it.”
The ADM Board remains committed to responsibly stewarding these resources and continuing its mission to support the mental health and well-being of all Summit County residents.
