Compulsive Hoarding Training Coming in December

An Introduction into Intervention Will Broaden Skills for Clinicians

The County of Summit ADM Board, Summit County Public Health and the NASW Ohio Chapter will be hosting a training aimed at broadening skills and knowledge about compulsive hoarding and similar disorders on December 7th. The training will be presented by Gabrielle Faggella, MSSA, LISW-S, ACSW and will focus on the criteria that defines hoarding, understanding hoarding behaviors, assessing the disorder and implementing appropriate evidence-based interventions.

The training will be held Thursday, December 7th from 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the Summit County Public Health Auditorium. 3 CEUs will be available for social workers, counselors, psychologist, and RNs. Registration is free but seating is limited.
