Provider Agencies for Mental Health & Addiction Open House at Derby Downs

The County of Summit ADM Board is hosting an *ADM System Staff Appreciation Day on Friday, September 20 from 12pm-4pm at Derby Downs in Akron. Staff from provider agencies for mental health & addiction are invited to ride down Derby Downs at the open house. The event is to thank staff for the support work they do in the mental health and addiction services field. Staff who would like to attend are asked to register at https://form.jotform.com/92324904573156  (Registration).

Want to ride the hill at Derby Downs? In addition to registering for the event, those interested in riding down the hill are asked to also sign up for a heat at https://form.jotform.com/92324838241154  (Heat Sign-Up). Each rider will complete a waiver which will be required to ride.
