ADM Board Accepting Worksheets for 2021-2022 Community Youth Resiliency Capital Plan

Worksheets Due by March 19

The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) is in the process of preparing for the FY21-22 Community (Youth) Resiliency capital plan submission to the Office of Budget and Management.  OhioMHAS utilizes local ADAMH Board Community Capital Plan applications to help develop its submission.  The Community (Youth) Resiliency Projects appropriation shall be used in support of the establishment, expansion, and renovation of programming spaces for individuals affected by behavioral health related issues, specifically targeting, to the extent possible, programming spaces for middle and high school age youth affected by behavior health issues.

The ADM Board is responsible for vetting all requests based on local priorities, mutually agreed upon areas of critical need, access to leverage funds and project readiness. We are required to submit our local plan to OhioMHAS by March 27, 2021.

Agencies may review and complete the Community Youth Resiliency Project Worksheet if you have capital projects on the horizon that meet the requirements for funding that you would like considered.  We are requesting that these worksheets be returned to the ADM Board by Friday, March 19, 2021.  Submissions should be made to grantapplications@admboard.org  Questions should be submitted through this email address as well.
