ADM Board Names Associate Director of Clinical Services

The ADM Board has promoted Aimee R. Wade, MSW, LISW-S, OCPS II, to Associate Director of Clinical Services. Aimee joined the ADM Board staff in 2010 as the Compliance, Prevention and Training Coordinator. During that time, she was instrumental in coordinating and conducting agency compliance reviews, increasing and enhancing ADM system prevention efforts, facilitating the Board’s achievement of the Culture of Quality Certification and serving as part of the team to complete the inaugural Summit County Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS).

In her new role, primary responsibilities will be to identify system clinical trends, needs, populations and valid measures to insure effectiveness of services including system evaluation efforts. Along with other ADM staff, she will facilitate planning and monitoring of contract agencies’ prevention, treatment and recovery support services and use data and research to inform evaluation and funding decisions.
