ADM Board Welcomes Eric Hutzell

Eric Hutzell joins us as the Research & Quality Improvement Coordinator, responsible for planning, organizing, and developing research designs; to gather analyze and evaluate the significance of statistical data. Eric possesses a comprehensive background in leadership, strategic planning, and quality control from six years of service as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army and Army Reserves.
Eric has a Master’s degree in Public Health with a focus in Health Policy & Management and a Bachelor’s in Public Health with a focus in Global Health. He is also currently working on his Master’s in Geographic Information Science.
Eric has 14 years of project management, quality improvement, leadership, data collection, and program evaluation experience from professional military and public positions. He has evaluated operational resources to develop operational plans, procedures, and systems. His experience also includes having collected and analyzed primary and secondary quantitative and qualitative data using various statistical programs. He has managed risks to oversee the accomplishment of logistical mission critical objectives in a timely manner.
Eric’s comments about beginning his work here at the ADM Board, “ When I saw the job opening, I immediately knew that this was for me. I have a passion for helping people who have mental health and substance abuse issues and hope to use research to improve the lives of people all over Summit County.”
