What is QRT?

The Summit County Quick Response Team (QRT) is a team of trained professionals who work together to support individuals in the community. The team includes members of law enforcement, fire or paramedic services, and a counselor or peer supporter. Teams provide timely outreach and support, both before and after a crisis occurs.

This program plays an important role in Summit County’s efforts to connect individuals with the care that best meets their needs, strengthen partnerships among local agencies, and reduce overdose deaths.
