We Welcome Our New Staff!

We are delighted to introduce you to the newest members of our staff!

Darlene Migas is the Administrative Assistant who will provide support for the clinical services department. She comes to us from the Board of Developmental Disabilities and also has had previous Board experience at both the Lake and Hamilton County ADAMHS Boards.

Christine Smalley joins us as the Care Management & Compliance Coordinator.  Christine has been with Pastoral Counseling Services for the past nine years, responsible for overseeing quality improvement and compliance activities for all areas of the organization; from accreditation & certification to clinical & regulatory requirements.  She also brings knowledge and competence to assist us as we move towards a more integrated partnership with Medicaid managed care plans.

Jennifer Peveich is the Associate Director of Operations, responsible to provide oversight to the non-clinical part of the organization which includes finance, information technology, and human resources. She brings over 12 ½ years of Board fiscal experience, serving as the chief financial officer at both the Trumbull and Stark County Boards.  In addition to her Board experience, Jennifer has six years of fiscal leadership with two non-profit organizations, Quest Recovery & Prevention Services and Community Services of Stark County.  She brings a perspective that should be helpful to us as we begin to explore funding models that will be based more on outcomes than on purchase of services.
