With help comes hope, and hope is the foundation of recovery.

Translated Resources

The ADM Board works alongside community partners to identify the needs of Summit County residents. Currently available resources in languages other than English include:

  • Spanish (Recursos de salud mental en español)
    • The National Institute of Mental Health provides extensive resources for Spanish-speaking individuals, including fact sheets on mental health disorders.
    • Mental Health America offers educational tools, including anxiety and depression screenings in Spanish, for individuals as well as professionals.
    • Mental Health America‘s website also offers toolkits to help individuals maintain their overall well-being.
  • Nepali (स्पेनिशमा मानसिक स्वास्थ्य स्रोतहरू)
    • ASIA, Inc. provides the following:
