Client Rights and Grievance Procedures: If you or your loved one feels that your needs and concerns are not being met properly, please review the ADM Board’s client rights and procedures for more information.

Privacy Notice: The ADM Board privacy notice explains how medical information about you or a loved one may be used and disclosed as well as how you can get access to this information.

Sponsorships

Sponsorship Requests: The ADM Board works to support local organizations and events by sponsoring those that are related to our mission. Please review the sponsorship request policy for submission guidelines and criteria information. Requests that do not follow this policy may not receive sponsorship approval.

Sponsorship requests cannot be processed until the requesting organization is set up as vendor in the Summit County system, which must be done annually.

Mini-Grants

Applications for 2026 mini grant opportunities are now available.

2026 ADM Board Mini Grant Application

Please note the following:

  • Completed applications must be received no less than 60 days prior to the proposed event.
  • Grants are awarded on a reimbursement basis only, and applicants should carefully review guidelines before submission.
  • Maximum award amount is $5,000.
  • Applicants are only eligible for one mini grant per calendar year.
  • All requests must receive final approval from the ADM Board’s Board of Directors.
  • Agencies and organizations who are currently contracted with the ADM Board are not eligible for mini grants at this time.
