County of Summit Executive RFP Announcement: Behavioral Health Services at the Summit County Jail

Summit County Executive’s Office, in collaboration with the County of Summit ADM Board and Summit County Sheriff’s Office (collectively “County”), are seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide comprehensive, evidence-based behavioral health services to individuals incarcerated at the Summit County Jail (“SCJ”). The County seeks a provider capable of
delivering clinically appropriate care, reducing crises and self-harm incidents, improving continuity of care, supporting reentry planning, and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.

The selected vendor will partner with the Jail’s command staff, medical staff, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) vendor, and the Summit County ADM Board and Executive’s Office to strengthen a coordinated, trauma-informed health system within the facility.

Deadline for responses is May 1, 2026, at 2 pm.
